Our team works closely with yours to understand the parameters of your product’s intended application including pivotal considerations such as environment, necessary tolerances, and expected life span. We gather this information to craft a design that’s both cost-effective and efficient, along with gathering the right materials to maximize the component function. We only move forward with manufacturing your plastic consumer products when your team is satisfied with the design and prototype.

When designs, materials, and prototypes are in place, manufacturing can begin in our 22,000 square foot facility where one of our 13 injection molding machines begins manufacturing.
